Cornflakes Madu Pedas Rangup

Salam semua. Hujung minggu lepas adalah minggu yang sibuk bagi kami. Dari hari Jumaat sibuk menguruskan perlanjutan visa yang hampir tamat dan sabtunya suami ada perlawanan Futsal di Saitama dan ahadnya ita dan suami mewakili wakil Malaysia di kawasan kanto untuk 'Vietnam open' bagi pertandingan Badminton. Nanti InsyaAllah ada kesempatan ita akan kongsikan ceritanya disini. Sakit badan belum hilang betul lagi mana taknya 3 hari padat dengan aktiviti. Ita belum sempat nak jalan-jalan ke rumah kawan-kawan lagi. Terima kasih bagi yang sudi ke sini.. ita amat menghargainya InsyaAllah bila ada kesempatan ita akan buat kunjungan balas ..:)

Resepi hari ni adalah permintaan suami. Sudah 3 minggu juga ita buat tak sempat dan tak perasan ita belum masukkan resepinya disini. Suami minta buatkan Cornflake Madu Pedas Rangup untuk kunyah-kunyah katanya. Jadi ita buatkan. Ini versi kurang pedas sikit sebab ita tahu anak-anak mesti suka juga nak makan. Sedap dan mudah resepi ni. Jadi bagi mereka yang nak buat boleh cuba resepi ni.

Resepi asal dari kak Dayang @ Dapurku Sayang dan ita intai-intai di dapur kak mimi di Penang. Nampak cantik dan berselera tengok cornflakes ni di rumah kak mimi, bila suami minta buatkan terus je teringat akan resepi ini. Terima kasih atas perkongsian ini.

Cornflakes Madu Pedas Rangup

Bahan-bahan :

1 bungkus cornflake
1 bungkus roasted peanut (boleh juga menggunakan kacang tanah kopek yang dipanggang/goreng sendiri)
6 biji bawang merah (ditumbuk)
4 ulas bawang putih (ditumbuk)
sedikit cili giling/cili kisar
madu secukupnya
sedikit garam
100 g mentega

Cara-cara :

Cairkan mentega di dalam kuali besar. Tumis bahan-bahan tumbuk hingga garing. Kemudian masukkan cili giling/cili kisar secukupnya. Tumis lagi hingga garing.
Masukkan madu dan sedikit garam. Kacau sebati.
Masukkan kacang tanah dan kacau lagi. Akhir sekali masukkan cornflake. Gaul-gaulkan hingga rata.
Jika kurang manis atau minyak, tambahkan mentega dan madu. Gorenglah hingga garing keemasan. Tutupkan api.
Sementara itu, panaskan oven pada suhu 170C-180C.
Sediakan dulang pembakar, taburkan cornflake tadi di atasnya. Ratakan. Kemudian bakarlah selama 5-7 minit atau sehingga garing keemasan. Jangan sampai hangus. Keluarkan dari oven, dan sejukkan sebentar sebelum disimpan di dalam balang.
Kaedah bakar akan menjadikan cornflake ini semakin rangup dan bertahan lama. Selamat mencuba!
